Statistical Methods in Sociology introduces undergraduate students to statistical reasoning for social science research, covering descriptive statistics, probability, sampling, and inference, with applied data analysis exercises.

Contemporary Korean Society

Contemporary Korean Society helps students understand and compare societies from a critical perspective. The course covered politics, economy, culture, and society in South Korea. Students submitted weekly questions about the lecture and Korean society, which I addressed online and in the next lecture.

Research Methods

Research Methods introduces students to the logic of social science research, research design, measurement, sampling, and quantitative and qualitative data collection. The course included an empirical data collection project in which students collected data on topics of their choice using methods covered in class.
